About the Role
* Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
* Drive quality improvements across the home, maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to support sustainable growth.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
About You
* Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or dementia care setting.
* A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in residents' lives.
