This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong background in document control and administration within the construction sector. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining project documentation in line with company and client procedures Uploading, issuing, tracking, and archiving documents using document management systems Providing technical support and coordination to project and site teams Ensuring accurate document version control and timely distribution Supporting the office with general administrative duties Assisting with coordination between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and document control, ideally within construction or engineering Proven proficiency in document management systems, including Aconex or similar platforms Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on experience Opportunity to work with a well-established construction business Stable, office-based role in Potters Bar with long-term potential If you are an experienced Document Controller looking for your next opportunity, Hill McGlynn Recruitment would be delighted to hear from you
