Overview
Early Years Practitioner – Job Share position (23.4 hours per week over 3 days). We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals passionate about high quality care and education for children. You will join a team caring for children of students and staff at the university, in a friendly and diverse environment that supports growth and development.
Responsibilities
* Work within a team to secure bonds with children and their families, supporting children in achieving outstanding outcomes.
* Deliver engaging learning opportunities for children using both indoor and outdoor environments (including forest school opportunities).
* Support children with English as an additional language where appropriate.
Qualifications
* Relevant and recognised Level 3 or above qualification as recognised by the Department for Education (DfE).
* Experience supporting children with English as an additional language is beneficial but not essential.

* Location: UK – University Park campus, Child Care Services
* Hours: 23.4 hours per week over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) 8.00 am to 6.00 pm; some flexibility; shift system
* Contract: Job Share
* Salary: £25,911 to £26,569 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience
