We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to work in our North service based in our Doncaster office, to support carers within Lincolnshire, namely Skegness.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with some work completed from home, face-to-face meetings with foster carers in Skegness and some work in the office in Doncaster. You would join a thriving and growing community of foster carers and a team of staff with a strong, welcoming, and child‑centred ethos.
Five Rivers works from a Trauma‑informed (ATIC) model, integrating fostering, residential, clinical and education services to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people. Teams are supported by a psychologist and a therapeutic practitioner, who are also foster support workers and business support coordinators. This, alongside manageable workloads, means social workers have the time and resources they need to provide high‑quality support to their foster families.
