Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Alnwick. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, handling tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting with general administrative duties.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and high-quality Receptionist Duties
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
