We’re recruiting for a Site Coordinator to join our Delivery Team working on clean water sites. You will be responsible for the day- to-day management of Anglian Water sites, ensuring site operations run smoothly and safely every day. • Circa £43k work van • Training and development opportunities We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment. As a Site Coordinator, you will provide the vital link between site staff and project management to ensure the smooth running of all jobs on site. • Assist the Project Manager to fulfil client requirements in a multi-site capacity from pre-construction to post-construction • Conduct site audits, identifying and escalating issues a necessary • Review and sign on to site files; project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation • Act as temporary works supervisor as and when required • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc, • Ensure site staff follow health, safety, and quality policies and process • Liaise with project management and commercial team members to assist in the formulation of CEs and measures as required • We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing construction sites • Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site • Able to consistently work to a high standard of health and safety and quality. • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety • CSCS and SMSTS • Circa £43k work van • 24 days' paid holiday, increasing to 25 after 2 years service • Healthcare cash scheme • Death in service benefit • Benifex Platform - voucher schemes that run throughout the year, including the Technology Scheme, Dental Plan, and the Bike Scheme • Discounts on retail, shopping, gym access and cinema tickets • 6% company pension contribution Join our journey to create a more sustainable world
