Job Description
* The Project Manager 4 will support the implementation of a statewide voter registration and election management system.
* This is a high-visibility and high-complexity project that requires working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
* The role requires close coordination with stakeholders, project teams, and agency staff to ensure project goals, timelines, and standards are met.
Requirement/Must Have
* Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Documented risk management experience.
* Experience managing large-scale projects as a project manager of record.
* Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
* Experience managing high-risk and high-complexity projects.
* Experience working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
* Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
Responsibilities
* Interact daily with stakeholders, project team members, and agency staff.
* Attend virtual and in-person project meetings.
* Manage project performance metrics and record data in tracking systems.
* Follow Commonwealth Project Management Standards.
* Work closely with the project team to support system development.
* Oversee coordination of the project calendar.
* Conduct project status briefings for internal and external audiences.
Should Have
* Familiarity with the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio.
Qualification And Education
* Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
