Overview

Lead Clinician role at Harmonia Careers in Ashley Park School (Epsom, Surrey).


Location

Ashley Park School (Epsom) - Surrey KT18 7LR


Salary and Hours

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus (payable in two installments). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract: Permanent (term-time or flexible around full-time can be discussed).


Responsibilities

* Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Ashley Park School and provide line management to onsite clinical staff.
* Lead on service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles of need (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH).
* Work clinically as part of a team while maintaining a therapy caseload.
* Ensure meeting EHCP needs through target-led, group and individual clinical approaches embedded in clinical practice.
* Collaborate with education teams to create multidisciplinary support for pupils and foster independence.


Essential Criteria

* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy
* Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership (e.g., HCPC, RCOT)
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
* Clear and concise clinical and research reporting skills
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional collaboration within the designated specialty (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
