Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SIA IQA at A-Security Solutions Ltd., located in Nottingham. The SIA IQA will be responsible for quality assurance of security operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily tasks include conducting audits, assessments, and evaluations of security personnel and processes. The role involves collaborating with team members to develop and maintain training programs, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement, and preparing detailed reports on findings. The SIA IQA will also liaise with clients to ensure their security needs and requirements are met with the highest standards of service.

Role Description

The SIA IQA will be responsible for quality assurance of security operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily tasks include conducting audits, assessments, and evaluations of security personnel and processes. The role involves collaborating with team members to develop and maintain training programs, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement, and preparing detailed reports on findings. The SIA IQA will also liaise with clients to ensure their security needs and requirements are met with the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct internal quality assurance activities including sampling, observation, and verification of assessment decisions
* Develop and maintain sampling plans and IQA records
* Support, advise, and standardise assessors and tutors to ensure consistency and best practice
* Identify and address any areas for improvement in delivery and assessment
* Participate in standardisation meetings and CPD activities
* Ensure full compliance with awarding body requirements and centre policies
Qualifications Required
* Recognised IQA Qualification (e.g. Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice)
* Recognised Assessor Qualification (e.g. CAVA, D32/33, A1)
Experience Required
* Proven experience IQA-ing Highfield (or equivalent) security industry qualifications
* Strong understanding of awarding body requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to support assessors and maintain quality standards

* Highfield Level 2 Award for Close Protection Operatives (Top Up)
* Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors
* Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors (Refresher)
* Highfield Level 2 Award for Security Officers
* Highfield Level 2 Award for Security Officers (Refresher)
