Overview
I'm looking for an Application Support and Test Engineer to join a lovely digital team who are passionate about delivering great products and experiences for their customers.
The role is mostly remote, but you'll catch up with the team in person around once a month or every two (usually in Cardiff).
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot issues and monitor application performance for internal and customer-facing systems.
* Collaborate closely with the development team to tackle technical challenges, deploy updates, and continuously improve the systems.
* Perform integration and regression testing when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably.
* Create clear, user-friendly support documentation such as guides, FAQs and incident reports.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting software or CMS-based products.
* Exposure to software testing and a collaborative, can‑do attitude.
