Design Director (Luxury Products) – Didcot, Oxfordshire
A GBP 70,000 – A GBP 80,000 + Pension + Enhanced Holiday + Bank Holidays + Private Healthcare + Bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

The company employs over 30 people and is a well established and award winning manufacturer of luxury products. It has an impressive facility in a rural setting comprising the workshop, welding/fabrication production area, offices and gardens.
Role Overview
The Design Director will be responsible for the design and development of luxurious hand crafted products, overseeing all aspects of the design process from research to creative conceptualisation and innovation. You will work closely with the client to ensure their brief can be met. Some travel will be required from time to time.

* Experience operating at a senior level
* Passionate about creativity and product design
* Leadership/management experience
