Job Description
Business Support Officer within the Youth Justice Service
To provide effective administrative, finance and information support to teams within the Youth Justice Service and to enable the efficient, accurate and comprehensive passage of information between staff and computerised systems.
The post holder will be required to provide assistance such as typing reports, diary management and arranging conferences/events and to undertake a range of systems, financial, information and administrative duties within the Youth Justice Service.
Additionally, the post holder will be required to use the information databases efficiently and effectively and to act as local expert by supporting, training and advising staff in the use and maintenance of the system. The post holder may, from time to time be required to deputise for the functions of the Business Support Officer.
Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
