Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team.

The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry.In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £33,500 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. In this role you will have two full weekends off per month, you will also only work seven days every fortnight meaning you have a much stronger work/life balance.
