Location: Hull
Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (40 hours/week)
Salary: £33,000 £38,000 (DOE)

The Role:
As Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of advisors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and providing hands-on support when escalations arise. You will be responsible for team performance, daily workflow, and driving a proactive service culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service advisors
* Act as the escalation point for complex queries or issues
* Monitor KPIs, service standards, and performance metrics
* Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to resolve service challenges
* Support the Customer Service Manager with reporting and process improvements
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in a customer service environment, ideally within logistics, transport, or FMCG
* Previous team leader or supervisory experience is essential
* Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable using CRM and logistics systems
* A hands-on leader who leads by example
