Rikama Education Ltd is currently working with a special needs school in Tunbridge Wells who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible! Ideally you will have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant with a range of special needs, including both learning and behavioural issues. This is an all through school school, and experience working either in a school or within a role with children/young adults in the wider community, would be ideal. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include: - To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing classroom environment - To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom - Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles. - Track and monitor student progression - Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
