Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.
* Support pupils' learning and development, including those with special educational needs, by adapting resources and providing tailored assistance.
* Assess and report on pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers to inform planning and support.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Lead and support extracurricular or enrichment activities, contributing to pupils' wider educational experience.
Essential Requirements
* Teaching Assistant Qualification
* Experience working with children with a range of SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive, flexible attitude.
