Duties and responsibilities
* Line management of a team of admin clerks: attendance, training & development, performance etc
* Planning and controlling weekly labour requirements for admin department, ensuring sufficient cover on shift
* Ensuring consistency in admin processes across a 24 hour, dual site operation
* Troubleshooting & investigation of errors and anomalies within the admin functions
* Contribution to the continuous improvement of admin processes and practices, including the timely and appropriate communication of any changes
* Developing a highly motivated team by encouraging open communication and holding regular briefing sessions
* Ensuring all Health & Safety and Legal requirements are met and adhered to
* Liaising with other shifts and departments to ensure continued efficiency and better service levels as appropriate
* A degree of flexibility outside core shift hours is required in order to attend meetings, working groups etc outside of the regular shift
* Asset control and escalation point
* Point of contact for all system issues
* Project planning and execution

Essential / Desirable
* Must be able to work well within a team structure and on own initiative
* Must be able to work to deadlines
* Enthusiastic approach to work
* Confident in the use of Microsoft / Google applications
* Good communication skills
* Experience of working in a Project group
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Have a confidential and professional approach
