Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst looking for your next challenge? We're looking for someone to support and improve business systems across a large organisation, working closely with teams to identify better ways of working, enhance systems and ensure technology meets the needs of staff and customers.
In the Business Support Analyst role, you will be:
1. Supporting the delivery of ICT and digital improvement projects
2. Working with colleagues to understand business needs and recommend system solutions
3. Supporting system upgrades, implementations and enhancements
4. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
5. Reviewing and improving business processes alongside key stakeholders
6. Managing user accounts, permissions and system access
7. Troubleshooting system issues and liaising with software suppliers when needed
8. Coordinating system testing and supporting successful system changes
9. Creating and maintaining system documentation and user guides
10. Producing reports and dashboards to support business decisions
11. Delivering training and support to system users
12. Helping to maintain data quality, security and compliance standards
To be successful, in the Business Systems Analyst role, you will need:
13. Previous experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
14. Experience implementing, supporting and improving business systems, including system upgrades, testing, training and reporting.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex system issues.
16. Experience working with business applications such as CRM systems, reporting platforms, Microsoft Power Platform or other core business systems.
17. A proven track record of reviewing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and service delivery.
18. Experience producing reports and dashboards, alongside excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end users at all levels.
This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a salary of up to £41,930 per annum plus company benefits. You will be based in the organisations head office near Abergele and working Monday to Friday totaling 37 hours per week.
