Location: Church Stretton
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible
Salary: £13.45 per hour (weekdays), £13.80 per hour (weekends) + travel time & mileage
Driving Licence & Vehicle: Full driving licence & access to vehicle required.

* £13.45 per hour (weekdays).
* £13.80 per hour (weekends).
* Paid travel time & paid mileage (40p per mile).
* Enhanced rate of pay at bank holidays (time and a half).

* Comprehensive induction & training, paid at usual hourly rate.
* Hours include early, evenings, alternate weekends (or weekends only if you prefer).

Responsibilities
You will provide personal, nursing and support to older adults in their homes. Tasks include:
* Assisting with mobility, personal care and safety.
* Supporting medication and medication management.
* Providing companionship and support for those with dementia.
* Running errands such as grocery shopping and appointments.
* Co‑ordinating care with families and health professionals.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any health changes.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* UK driving licence.
* Ability to obtain Business‑use car insurance.
* Access to a vehicle.
* No previous experience required, but care experience is a plus.
* Desire to help others and commit to personal and professional growth.
