Exposure Management (Aggregations) Consultant This is an opportunity to join an evolving and growing Exposure Management (Aggs) team at Pro Global. The Exposure Management consultant will be integral in support of the Account and Operations Manager, Team Managers and Team Leaders across multiple aspects such as Client Delivery, Process Improvements, Management Information, Performance Reporting/Metrics and Business Development. This role will be working on a hybrid approach, with time split between home and our Gloucester office on a weekly basis. We also have UK office locations in London, Glasgow, Horsham and Liverpool. Responsibilities Analysis, interpretation and manipulation of complex data, principally being schedules of values. Examination and interpretation of policy documents to extract appropriate data Responsibility around client communications, leading interactions and query resolutions. Creation and maintenance of data within Client’s systems eg. Application of policy terms and conditions Ensure compliance with Client’s quality standards and turnaround times in order to meet contracted service level agreements. Use of Client modelling software (eg. RiskLink and TouchStone) in order to upload cleansed files and run Natural Catastrophe models. Quality assurance of cleansed or modelled files. Identification, interpretation, analysis and remediation of process inefficiencies. Creation and/or maintenance of Client Reporting packs and Management Information. Supported by PowerPoint reports where required. Responsibility for training and mentoring of colleagues. Able to build and maintain relationships with multiple clients and stakeholders. Operational Management Support Supporting the Account and Operations Manager across various areas as the Exposure Management team grows, duties may include. Monthly accruals, invoice collation and supporting MI. Client governance meetings. Contract monitoring, support or reviews. Onboarding new business, introducing workflows and operating procedures Attending and Networking at Industry conferences. Skills and Experience Knowledge on the Insurance Industry with an expertise in respect of Data Cleansing and Exposure Management. Familiarity with multiple Lines of Business and applicable operating procedures. Comfortable with Loss Modelling schemes such as RMS and AIR. Ability to Identify, Interpret and Apply complex contract information such as Deductibles and Sub Limits. Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge is key. Good experience of other Microsoft Office tools also desirable but not key. Strong investigative nature and ability to work on own initiative. Ability to identify and articulate current or potential problems and present/discuss potential solutions. Ability to deliver accurate information with a logical and analytical mindset. Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet Client requirements An understanding of Operational Management processes and business requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with executive team and client stakeholders. Ability to work in a team environment and provide support and share knowledge with colleagues.
