Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Bexley Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in a well-structured and supportive nursery setting? A high-performing Trust is opening new nursery provisions in Bexley this September, as part of a major national investment into early years education. Based within established Primary Schools, these settings are designed to improve access to high-quality childcare and provide children with a strong foundation from the outset. This is a full-time role, offering stability and the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality early years provision from day one. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with EYFS
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Act as a key person, tracking and supporting childrens development
* Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating environment
* Promote childrens language, communication, and social development
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Has experience working with young children in a nursery setting
* Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Understands safeguarding procedures and responsibilities
* Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
