Join our team as a Customer Service Administrator, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations, timely customer communication, and accurate reporting of service performance. About the Role
Reporting to the Planning and Export Manager, you’ll:

Manage and update late-running and failed delivery reports daily
*
Create and monitor rebooks and returns, determining associated costs
*
Liaise with third-party providers to ensure bookings and deliveries are met
*
Maintain and distribute weekly KPI reports
*
Handle customer queries with professionalism and urgency
*
Administer returned stock and transport documentation in line with expectations
*
Support continuous improvement and operational safety initiatives
*
Collaborate closely with Transport, Warehouse, and Planning teams
What You Bring
*
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
*
Knowledge of SAP, GTS / ESP systems (desirable)
*
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
*
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Confident dealing with challenges and influencing stakeholders
*
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
*
Proven experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced administrative environment
*
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
