What you’ll do day to day
* Carry out servicing, checks, and maintenance following brand guidelines
* Identify, repair, and replace faulty components
* Communicate with Service Advisors about repairs
* Maintain repair and service records
* Keep work areas tidy
* Consider customer impact in all activities
* Engage with the apprenticeship course and ensure progress
