Working with a portfolio of blue-chip clients, the firm is expanding rapidly and looking to hire Change and Transformation professionals to support the delivery of major transformation programmes.They are looking for individuals with experience across the Wealth management and insurance sector, particularly those who have supported end-to-end transformation initiatives within operations, technology and change functions. They are open to people from consulting or in-house delivery backgrounds, including those with exposure to platform implementation, vendor management, and project lifecycle execution—across discovery, testing, and go-live. Responsibilities of the Change & Transformation Consultant Client Delivery - drive client change projects delivering on project objectives Lead project initiatives, guiding and mentoring junior team members in the delivery process Engage in the growth of Investment Management practice, shaping asset servicing strategies and thought leadership. Cultivate strong client relationships based on communication, trust and exceeded expectations. Background of the Change & Transformation Consultant Extensive experience working within the wealth / insurance industry Extensive experience working within a Change, Transformation, Programme, Project, PMO or similar capacity essential Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet with clients face to face Is this job for you?
