This role offers a salary of between £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Proactively monitoring and tracking expiry dates for key safety requirements (Gas, EICR, Smoke & CO) Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to schedule inspections ahead of expiry Maintaining accurate, real-time updates on Reapit to ensure a clear audit trail Checking all certificates for legitimacy, completeness and compliance standards Acting as the main contact for contractors, ensuring service levels and timelines are met Supporting Property Managers with access issues and remedial works following failed inspections We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
