Experience and Qualifications

• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)

School Information
This mixed comprehensive serves around 1,200 students and achieves consistent results, with 92% of pupils gaining grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Science department has newly refurbished laboratories, digital tools, and experienced mentors supporting new teachers.
ECTs are paired with experienced staff during their induction and offered subject-specific training sessions. The school values collaboration and reflective practice, creating an ideal environment for new teachers to develop.
