Overview
At the Dental Access Centre the Community Dental Service offers comprehensive routine and urgent oral health care to patients of all ages working with a wide range of patient groups including children and adults with special needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Dental Nurse Team Leader at Ross on Wye Dental Access Centre for 3 days per week and an extended hours session.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate clinical sites and supervise and develop nursing teams within their designated area.
* Provide chairside support to clinicians, including specialist work as permitted by skill and qualification.
* Undertake additional duties to support the effective daily operation, quality and safety of patient experience and delivery of service.
* Work closely with the Clinical Lead, Dental Team Manager, specialist dental nurses, dental nurses and the broader dental team.
