We have a new opportunity with a leading company in the HVAC industry, for a Regional Sales Manager role covering the Northwest and Midlands. Specialising in the production of high-quality valves for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Job Responsibilities:
* You will be expected to expand the company's market presence, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth within your designated region.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including HVAC contractors, engineers, distributors, and consultants.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including entering new markets and expanding the customer base. Work closely with the management team to develop targeted campaigns, focusing on expanding the client base.
Benefits:
* In circa of £45,000 per annum + bonus based on experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on valves or related products.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry regulations.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
