What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first, respond to queries and champion Co‑op products and Membership.
* Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.

Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 9 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
