Residential Property Paralegal
Nottingham | Office-Based | Salary DOE
We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive conveyancing team based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential property within a collaborative environment.
The Role
* Supporting fee earners and assisting with a broad range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold).
* Preparing and progressing files from instruction through to completion.
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
* Assisting with post-completion matters.
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (paralegal or legal assistant level).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
* A proactive and team-focused approach.
