Your new role
You will work as a Property Surveyor, managing their East Midlands portfolio. The role focusses on delivering successful investment programmes that exceed targets for cost efficiency, return on investment, and design quality. It involves proactively managing repairs and maintenance to protect and enhance thepany’s property assets, while ensuring all estate activitiesply with statutory and legal obligations. A key aspect of the position is providing excellent customer service aligned withpany values, supporting licensees, Operations, and internal teams. The role also includes managing and developing contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money across the property portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a Project Management role within property and construction, ideally within the hospitality sector. You will be excited to work in a client facing role, and befortable managing contractors and sub contractors on projects. You will understand repairs and maintenance and be keen to make a difference.
What you'll get in return
You will get apetitive salary between £60000 - £65000 as well as healthcare, pension, flexible working. You will work from home, with travel around your region.
