Role Overview
* Lead and support the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and error-free order processing.
* Ensure customer schedules and orders are accurately clarified, acknowledged, and fulfilled.
* Manage procurement of aftermarket parts and services from requisition to payment using SAP MM.
Candidate Profile
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Proven experience in procurement, warehouse logistics, or customer service
* Full proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and a solid understanding of inventory and purchasing workflows
