Financial Controller
West London | Full-time, hybrid-based
£80,000k-£90,000k base salary plus benefits
A global, multi-entity business is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to own financial reporting, controls and compliance across a portfolio of UK and international entities.
Reporting to a regional finance lead, this role combines technical IFRS expertise with operational accounting, audit ownership and stakeholder partnering.
Key responsibilities
Own month-end, half-year and year-end close across multiple entities
Prepare and review statutory accounts and regulatory filings
Hands-on GL ownership: journals, reconciliations, variance analysis
Lead external audits and manage reporting deadlines
Multi-entity, multi-currency reporting including intercompany and FX
Entity-level budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
Maintain internal controls and drive process improvement
VAT returns and corporate tax provisions
Line management of one direct report
About you
ACA / ACCA / CA qualified
6–8 years' PQE in financial reporting
Strong working knowledge of IFRS
Experience in multi-entity, international environments
Detail-oriented, proactive and commercially minded
