This school is a mixed 3 – 18 comprehensive school based in Blaenau Gwent. Your new role
Starting as soon as possible, you will join a busy Music and Drama department within the school. Roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Teaching KS3 – KS5.
* Nurture a range of learning abilities.
* Staff meetings.
* Parent’s evenings.
* Pastoral responsibilities.
* Planning and preparation of lessons.
* Marking and assessment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified teaching Status or PCET with secondary school experience.
* Proven track record of helping students.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council.
* Hold a DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
* Experience of teaching Music and Drama up to A-level.
