Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Temporary Accommodation Officer to join a Greater Manchester Local Authority on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 36.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will manage temporary accommodation placements across the Trafford area, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with housing standards. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal departments to maintain effective tenancy management, process Housing Benefit and Council Tax matters, and support households in moving on to permanent accommodation.
