We are looking for a part-time (21 hours per week) Learning & Development Manager to join our clients People Team.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, duties will include
1. Managing the L&D team and external suppliers, ensuring delivery of high-quality services within budget and SLA expectations.
2. Project managing internal L&D initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
3. Delivering technical and development training aligned to business needs, utilising digital tools where appropriate.
4. Overseeing the apprenticeship programme and early careers training
5. Managing training budgets.
6. Contributing to wider people vision projects, ensuring all initiative support a positive workplace culture and the ongoing development of employees.
