Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Nursey Nurse to work at a warm, welcoming nursery in Bognor Regis dedicated to providing high-quality care and early education to children to a number of settings. The Nursey Nurse should believe in fostering a nurturing, engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their team and contribute to creating a positive and stimulating environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children in a setting in their learning and development activities, ensuring a high standard of care is provided.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure that safeguarding and health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
* Help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn and play.
* Support the nursery in meeting its statutory obligations, including those related to OFSTED.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting is preferred.
* DBS on the update service or willing to do a new one
* Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* A positive, proactive approach with a passion for working with children.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
