Key Responsibilities
Teach engaging Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan lessons that foster critical thinking and real-world business application.
Monitor student progress and provide tailored feedback.
Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
Contribute to curriculum development and wider school life.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and student outcomes.
Essential Criteria
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver interactive lessons.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to inclusive teaching and high student achievement.
Desirable
Familiarity with exam board specifications (e.g. OCR, AQA, Edexcel).
