We are seeking a Sales Leader in London to steer our commercial strategy and lead business growth across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, develop and retain a diversified customer’s portfolio (business line and size) through targets identification work, appropriate prospection, and communication action.
* Self-generate leads, ensure appointments and negotiate contracts with your prospects.
* Develop, implement, and own the UK sales strategy and annual sales plan.
* Engage senior decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
* Ensure accurate CRM reporting to support forecasting and sales analysis.
* Support marketing activities and build networking to develop business through indirect channels.
* Set clear KPIs and ensure the team focuses on high‑value business development opportunities.
* Manage sales team and promote the achievement of sales and team objectives.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate who brings:
* 5+ years of experience in B2B professional services, consultancy, or innovation funding.
* Essential: At least 3 years of experience managing and developing high‑performing sales teams.
* Essential: previous experience in the R&D Tax credits landscape.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* A proactive, autonomous, and persistent approach with a strong focus on achieving challenging targets.
* A professional, commercial mindset with the drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
