As a Clinical Community Lead at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of our clinical community within the home.

About the role:
The Clinical Community Lead will complete clinical audits, manage medication safely, and supervise team members. You will be a role model for your team and a trusted figure for residents and their families, ensuring a safe, reassuring, and happy environment.
Salary:
£23.58 per hour.
Shift Pattern:
45 hours per week, 12-hour shifts on a rota from Monday to Sunday.
Home Location:
Coronation Close, March, England, PE15 9PP.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage the unit proactively.
* Ensure timely completion of audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration, and care planning.
* Monitor residents’ care through monthly audits and assessments.
* Supervise team members according to company policy.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
* Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
* At least two years’ experience in shift leadership and management.
* Proven ability to lead, empower, support, and motivate a clinical team.
