Pay: Outer London pay scale (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the English department
* Deliver high:quality English teaching across key stages
* Support, mentor, and manage English teaching staff
* Monitor progress, attainment, and curriculum planning
* Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching English
* Leadership or management experience within an English department preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
