Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards
Work closely with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
Monitor productivity and ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales
Identify and resolve workshop issues quickly and effectively
Support the workshop team to maintain exceptional standards at all times👤 What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in the automotive industry (Workshop Controller or Senior Technician level)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills across departments and with customers
A proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team
