Full-Time Confectionery / Home Bake Baker
Inverurie Garden Centre Restaurant
We are a well-established, family-run restaurant based within Inverurie Garden Centre, and baking is at the heart of what we do.
Everything we sell in our bakery is made fresh on site in our own in-house kitchen. From traditional scones and shortbread to cheesecakes, tray bakes, dough rings, pavlovas, muffins and fruit loaves, we take real pride in producing homemade baking our customers come back for time and time again.
We are now looking for a full-time Confectionery / Home Bake Baker to join our friendly and supportive team.
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys baking, cares about quality, and takes pride in producing consistent, homemade products in a busy but positive working environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar baking role
* Someone who works well as part of a close-knit team
* A willingness to support the Bakery Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the bakery
* Pride in maintaining high standards and presentation
* An interest in developing seasonal ideas and contributing to menu development
* A strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Proof of right to work in the UK
