We are excited to recruit for a dynamic and enthusiastic Estates Surveyor to join the Five Guys Property Team to support with the estate management of a fast-growing portfolio in the UK.
Role Summary
1. Day to day management of the operational and sublet portfolio.
2. Lease advice to the business on obligations and resolving disputes.
3. Working with consultants to limit to minimise property overheads, including service charge, business rates, insurance, dilapidation's etc.
4. Maintain & update property management database.
5. Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals to ensure the best outcome for the business.
6. Support feasibility & implementation of asset management opportunities, disposals, ad hoc projects.
7. Support with budgeting overall property costs of circa £40m.
8. Responsible for secondary interest acquisitions and management including storage leases and external seating licences.

10. Motivated self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who is keen to learn and develop.
11. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work.
12. Able to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
13. Strong Microsoft Office skills - including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
14. A team player who embraces the company culture.
Qualifications and Experience
15. 1-2 years of Property Management experience preferably working for a Retail or Hospitality Sector
16. RICS qualified or working towards RICS qualification
17. Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related field
