FP&A Analyst - Commercial Sales & ReportingAre you an experienced FP&A professional looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment? This role will focus on commercial sales, reporting, budgeting, and supporting a period of transformation within the business. You will play a key part in standardising processes and providing insightful financial analysis to help drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Monthly Sales Analysis & Reporting: Create and distribute standard reports to the commercial departments, providing insights into trends, customers, and products.ERP System Transition: Assist with the standardisation of processes for the new ERP system they had implemented in October. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth integration and functionality.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with relevant financial data and insights.BI Reporting Development: Work alongside our Data Architect to improve and develop BI reporting, ensuring actionable insights are delivered.Sales Initiative Tracker: Track key sales initiatives, focusing on business growth, and provide regular updates on progress.Cost Savings & Collaboration: Collaborate with the Cost Accountant to identify and implement cost-saving measures across the business.P&L & Fixed Asset Management: Manage the top section of the P&L, review capital expenditure requests, and track project spends, ensuring assets are accurately recorded and maintained.Ideal Candidate:Qualifications: A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
While there is currently no qualified individual in the team, we would ideally like someone who holds a relevant qualification.Experience: Manufacturing experience is preferred.
