What You Will Do
* Carry out manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and programme requirements.
* Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
* Develop technical knowledge and skills to safely and effectively manage manufacturing processes.
* Work collaboratively as part of a technical team, contributing to team goals and performance.
* Accurately complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other required documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and process quality.
* Support validation and qualification activities as part of manufacturing and process improvement projects.
Who You Are
* A good standard of general education – numerate and literate.
* Basic understanding of GMP principles or willingness to learn.
* Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and development.
What Will Put You Ahead
* An interest in manufacturing, science, or engineering is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential.
