Your Role
Are you ready to take the lead? As our Depot Manager, you will be the driving force behind our depot operations. Your mission will be to foster a high-performing team culture while ensuring the highest standards of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and operational excellence. You’ll engage with your team, optimize asset utilization, and maintain clear communication to achieve our safety and operational goals.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Overseeing the daily operations of the depot office and administration teams, including hire desk, contracts administration, and logistics.
* Managing workshop operations and engineer oversight.
* Ensuring meticulous maintenance of systems and records with high data entry accuracy.
* Supporting and mentoring office and administration teams through regular sessions.
* Upholding all Company Policies and Procedures, especially regarding EHS compliance.
* Conducting regular team meetings and participating in weekly depot discussions.
* Championing exceptional customer service and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborating closely with the wider depot network, service department, and sales teams.
* Addressing issues promptly and fostering open communication for consistent problem resolution.
* Managing invoice dispute logs and ensuring timely query resolution.
* Complying with all Quality and EHS directives, including PPE and accident reporting.

What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in the service or rental industry.
* Proven leadership skills managing teams of 30+ individuals.
* A strong commitment to HSE and operational excellence.
* Organized and proactive approach to process improvement.
* Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Confidence and adaptability to embrace change and innovation.
