Senior Group Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Derby (Hybrid working model)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus + Enhanced Benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead role within the Financial Controllers Team.
* Oversight of group financial reporting, including preparation of statutory financial statements for both UK and non-UK listed entities.
* Management of accounting and statutory reporting for pensions/share-based payments for the Group.
* Manage a small team
* Preparation of Group financial statements in compliance with UK listing rules, interim financial statements, and analysis required for presentation purposes.
* Management of subsidiary statutory processes, ensuring accurate reporting in accordance with group accounting policies and standards.
* Stay abreast of new reporting requirements, implementing changes and communicating them effectively across the organization.
* Regular review of key accounting areas to maintain quality documentation and ensure accurate accounting treatment in line with relevant standards.
* Monitoring and reporting to the Audit Committee on pertinent financial reporting matters.
* Serve as the key Group contact with external auditors on statutory accounting matters.
* Oversee procedures to ensure Group compliance with statutory requirements.
* Ensure accurate reflection and reporting of acquisitions, disposals, and other corporate transactions.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders including Heads of Group Reporting, Technical Accounting, Corporate Functions, and Investor Relations.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a technically adept, fully qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive post-qualification experience, either from Practice or industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in producing complex statutory financial statements and possess a talent for building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business. Strong communication skills, organisational prowess, resilience, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.
