Hours: Night shifts 21:15 to 07:45 Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the safety and security of the building and residents throughout the night Conducting regular checks (e.g. fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers) Monitoring CCTV and reporting faults or incidents Logging and reporting repairs, complaints, risks, and anti-social behaviour Responding to emergencies and following procedures appropriately Maintaining accurate handover notes and communicating effectively with colleagues Promoting a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all Were looking for someone who: Has experience working with vulnerable groups and understands professional boundaries Is confident working alone and using their own initiative Communicates clearly and listens actively Can remain calm and diffuse challenging situations effectively Youll be supported by the Project Manager and wider team, with access to ongoing training and development.
