Operations Manager (Exhaust Manufacturing)
Location: Brackley
Salary: A£45,000 to A£65,000 + Bonus Scheme + Company Pension + Free Parking
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
The Operations Manager is required for a luxury manufacturer specializing in the automotive industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and play an integral role within a team, helping shape the company's workshop.
The successful candidate will need experience in the automotive industry and leading teams. You will need experience with TIG welding as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.
The Operations Manager will initially oversee a team of four; however, this team size will continue to grow. You will support the team in carrying out TIG welding and fabrication activities by hand and oversee work quality, inventory, and further training.
As the company continues to grow, implementing best practices will be key, so this role truly offers the potential to make a significant difference.
The Operations Manager Role:
1. Split between workshop and office
2. TIG Welding and Fabrication
3. Overseeing workshop team (currently at 4)
4. Process improvement implementation
5. Inventory management - supporting the negotiation of prices with suppliers
